People are like stained glass windows: they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light within.

Thanks marm...
for having me. You remember what happened on this day better than I do (and have the scars to prove it). I love you!
So, last night Kristi celebrated her 27th. Dinner at Martha and Jared's and then Karioki Night at China Palace. Randy Sr. and I are OLD so we didn't stay too late, but we did stay long enough to see Randy Jr.'s performance. Sure enough, he put his name in to perform. As he walked up to the stage he proudly announced that today was his wife's birthday and he was dedicating his song to her. A stool was brought to the dance floor and Kristi was escorted to it. As she sat beaming, Randy sang Elton John's "Your Song". Did a pretty good job of it, I might add. People cheered and one guy even light his bic lighter and was waving it. I was standing near the stage next to this really old guy (no not Randy Sr.). I gave him an elbow and said, "That's my son." The guy said, "Wonderful! He seems like a pretty lucky guy." Yep, that's right. Randy's a lucky guy, and so are we. We love you Kristi! Happy Birthday.
Gosh, I wish I could have been with you Kristi for your party and the song Randy sang to you. I don't live in CA but I feel so blessed that you found a husband that has a wonderful, close, and loving family to share your life and special events with. My thanks go to ma ma J for looking out for you and loving you. But, how could she not love YOU? I really appreciate what she said about your 27th. I really did miss alot!! I love your Kristi Bugg!!
I had THE BEST time last night! Thanks to Martha & Jacquie and the rest of my family and friends here in Cali. You make life fun and I appreciate what you did last night! xoxo Marm- we'll celebrate next time I see you, okie dokie? I love you! I am fortunate to have Randy and him singing last night was SOOOOO not like him but he was awesome. I wish we could've taped it.

There I go again - I meant to say I love you Kristi Bugg. Oh well - you will have to ignore my spelling.
